We can't blame UAAP volleyball star Rex Intal for falling head over heels for Ciacia Mendoza. The guy was so smitten he proposed to be Ciacia's boyfriend in a rather meticulous fashion. Certain girls can have that effect on you. Rex would have no doubt been mesmerized by Ciacia's smile, for one.
